• We do not act as, nor represent, any government authority or RTO department.
• Processing timelines and final approvals are exclusively controlled by the respective RTO officials.

2. No Guarantees

• We do not guarantee specific outcomes or fixed delivery dates as these depend on government workflows.
• Information provided on this site is based on current RTO guidelines and our professional experience.

3. User Responsibility

• Users must ensure all information and documents provided are 100% accurate and authentic.
• Kagzikaam is not liable for rejections or legal penalties resulting from forged or incorrect data submitted by the user.

4. Payments & Fee Structure

• Service Fees: Charged by Kagzikaam for consultation, document preparation, and tracking.
• Government Fees: These are separate, official charges payable to the Transport Department as per their latest rules.

5. Limitation of Liability

Kagzikaam shall not be held responsible for:

• Delays caused by RTO backlogs or staff unavailability.
• Sudden changes in government policy or document requirements.
• Technical downtime of the Parivahan or other government portals.

6. Refund & Cancellation

• Consultation and service fees are non-refundable once documentation work has commenced.
• Statutory government fees once paid to the department cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

7. Service Provider Compliance

• All partners onboarded via Kagzikaam must operate within legal boundaries.
• Providers are strictly prohibited from misrepresenting themselves as government employees.
