Refund & Cancellation

1. Overview

At Kagzikaam, we strive to ensure a seamless document processing and consultation experience. However, since our services involve professional labor and government statutory fees, refunds are strictly governed by the terms below.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Quote Approval: You may cancel your request at any time before making a payment without any obligation.
  • After Payment (Before Processing): If you cancel within 2 hours of payment and before your application is initiated with the department, a 90% refund is issued (10% retained as processing fees).
  • After Processing: Once the status moves to “Sent to Department” or “Documents under Review”, cancellations are no longer accepted.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are ONLY applicable in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payments made against the same Request ID.
  • If Kagzikaam is unable to provide the service due to internal technical errors.

Refunds are NOT applicable in cases of:

  • Rejection of application by Government authorities due to incorrect or forged information provided by the customer.
  • Change of mind after the application has been submitted to the department.
  • Delays caused by government processing times or RTO backlogs.

⚠️ 5. Statutory Fees Notice

Please note that any government fees, stamp duties, or taxes already paid to the department on your behalf are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, as these payments are made to third-party government entities.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email us at support@kagzikaam.com with your Request ID and payment receipt. Approved refunds will be processed via Cashfree back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
